Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: Our standard Free Shipping applies to the lower 48 States only and takes 3-5 business days for shipping. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska take additional time and can be tracked directly on our partners website. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.
Canadian orders may have additional time depending on custom clearances or other paperwork delays that are beyond our control.
Q: Do you accept bank transfer/Western Union or COD as a method of payment?
A: No. We do not accept the above methods of payment. All payments processed on our website are through a secure payment server which protects customers banking credentials keeping us both safe from fraudulent transactions.
